If you provide your mobile phone number when booking, you may receive text messages from Motel 41 related to your reservation, including check-in instructions and your door access code.

No sharing for marketing purposes: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to communicate with you about your own reservation. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically, you will receive one message confirming your reservation and one message containing your check-in instructions/door code per stay. You may occasionally receive a follow-up message if you contact us directly.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any texts we send you.
Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us, and we recommend calling or emailing us directly to receive your check-in information instead.

Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

With service providers who help us operate (e.g., our website/booking platform, calendar and scheduling tools, and SMS delivery provider), solely to perform services on our behalf
If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of guests, staff, or property
In connection with a business transfer (e.g., sale of the motel), in which case guest information may transfer as part of that transaction

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes, as stated in Section 3.
